? ?分子篩是一種具有立方晶格的硅鋁酸鹽化合物。分子篩具有均勻的微孔結構，它的孔穴直徑大小均勻，這些孔穴能把比其直徑小的分子吸附到孔腔的內部，并對極性分子和不飽和分子具有優先吸附能力，因而能把極性程度不同，飽和程度不同，分子大小不同及沸點不同的分子分離開來，即具有“篩分”分子的作用，故稱分子篩，由于分子篩具有吸附能力高，熱穩定性強等其它吸附劑所沒有的優點。

? ?分子篩生產方法：有水熱合成、水熱轉化和離子交換等法。

? ? ?1、水熱合成法?用于制取純度**的產品，以及合成自然界中不存在的分子篩。將含硅化合物、含鋁化合物、堿和水按適當比例混合，在熱壓釜中加熱一定時間，即析出分子篩晶體。

? ? ?2、水熱轉化法?在過量堿存在時，使固態鋁硅酸鹽水熱轉化成分子篩。所用原料有高嶺土、膨潤土、硅藻土等，也可用合成的硅鋁凝膠顆粒。此法成本低，但產品純度不及水熱合成法。

? ? ?3、離子交換法?通常在水溶液中將Na－分子篩轉變為含有所需陽離子的分子篩。
