耐火泥簡介
耐火泥又稱火泥或接縫料。用作耐火制品砌體的砌縫材料。按材質可分為黏土質、高鋁質、硅質和鎂質耐火泥等。耐火泥的粒度根據使用要求而異，其較限粒度一般小于1mm，有的小于0.5mm或更細。
耐火泥由耐火粉料、結合劑和外加劑組成。幾乎所有的耐火原料都可以制成用來配制耐火泥所用的粉料。以耐火熟料粉加適量可塑黏土作結合劑和可塑劑而制成的稱普通耐火泥，其常溫強度較低，高溫下形成陶瓷結合才具有**強度。以水硬性、氣硬性或熱硬性結合材料作為結合劑的稱化學結合耐火泥，在**形成陶瓷結合溫度之前即產生一定的化學反應而硬化。
選用耐火泥漿的材質，應考慮與砌體的耐火制品的材質一致。耐火泥除作砌縫材料外，也可以采用涂抹法或噴射法用作襯體的保護涂層。
耐火泥分類
耐火泥按耐火度高低分為：普通耐火材料、高級耐火材料、特級耐火材料。
耐火泥按化學特性分為：酸性耐火材料、中性耐火材料、堿性耐火材料、特殊場合的耐火材料。
耐火泥根據組成材質的不同可以分為：枯土質耐火泥、高鋁質耐火泥、硅質耐火泥、鎂質耐火泥等 nbsp;
耐火泥按照結合劑的不同可分為 nbsp; 陶瓷結合耐火泥它是由耐火細骨料和陶瓷結合劑 組成的混合料、水硬性結合耐火泥、化學結合耐火泥。
