      ? ? ? ?碳化硅是用石英砂、石油焦、木屑等原料在電阻爐內經高溫冶煉而成,均為六方晶體。碳化硅俗稱金剛砂或耐火砂、碳硅石,主要分為黑色碳化硅和綠色碳化硅 :

      ? ? ? ?1、 黑碳化硅含SiC 約 95 %,其韌性高于綠碳化硅,黑碳化硅用于加工抗張強度低的材料,如玻璃、陶瓷、石材、耐火材料、鑄鐵和有色金屬等;

      ? ? ? ?2、 綠碳化硅含SiC98 %以上,自銳性好,綠碳化硅用于加工硬質合金、鈦合金和光學玻璃,綠碳化硅用于珩磨汽缸套和精磨高速鋼刀具。
