鋁礬土熟料
鋁礬土熟料石油鋁礬土礦石經高溫窯爐高溫燒制而成，鋁礬土熟料按照其 AL203含量不同分為特技鋁礬土， 鋁礬土，二級鋁礬土，三級鋁礬土等。鋁礬土熟料是制造各種耐火材料的主要原料：如定型耐火制品，不定型耐火材料。
鋁礬土熟料是按AL2O3含量及Fe2O3 、SiO2 等雜質的含量和熟料體積密度與吸水等項指標來分級的，產品主要用于煉鋁行業，精密鑄造，耐火制品等領域。
鋁礬土熟料特點
1、燒結溫度高，燒結溫度在1650℃；
2、燒結密度大，燒結后的鋁礬土主料密度在3.0g/cm3以上；
3、鉀鈉含量低；
4、高溫蠕變率小。
鋁礬土生料
鋁礬土生料就是從地下挖出來的原料，和石頭、土塊差不多， 0-50cm的尺寸吧，然后經過窯煅燒，煅燒后去除了一些雜質，提高了鋁的含量，煅燒后的礬土叫鋁礬土熟料。
鋁礬土骨料
鋁礬土顆粒料，俗稱鋁礬土骨料。耐火骨料和粉料在所配制的耐火制品中用量一般為：骨料占63-67%，起骨架作用，能顯著影響其性能；粉料占15-37% 起充填骨料空隙和**工藝性等作用。有些耐火粉料如粘土和超微粉等，還是良好的結合劑。耐火骨料和粉料所配制各種耐火制品的基質材料，其理想的顆粒級配是粗骨料和粉料所造成的空隙恰好被細骨料所填充，二者間的空隙又被耐火粉料所填充，無不足也無剩余，達到較大的堆積密度，以便獲得尚佳性能。

鋁礬土用途
煉鋁工業：用于國 、航空、汽車、電器、化工、日常生活用品等。
精密鑄造：礬土熟料加工成細粉做成鑄模后精鑄。用于**、**、通訊、儀表、機械及醫療器械部門。
用于耐火制品：高鋁礬土熟料耐火度高達1780 ℃，化學穩定性強、物理性能良好。
硅酸鋁耐火纖維：具有重量輕，耐高溫，熱穩定性好，導熱率低，熱容小和耐機械震動等優點。用于鋼鐵、 有色冶金、電子、石油、化工、宇航、原子能、國 等多種工業。它是把高鋁熟料放進融化溫度約為2000 ～2200 ℃的高溫電弧爐中，經高溫熔化、高壓高速空氣或蒸汽噴吹、冷卻，就成了潔白的“棉花”——硅酸鋁耐火纖維。它可壓成纖維毯、板或織成布代替冶煉、化工、玻璃等工業高溫窯爐內襯的耐火磚。消 人員可用耐火纖維布做成衣服。
以鎂砂和礬土熟料為原料，加入適當結合劑，用于澆注盛鋼桶整體桶襯效果甚佳。
