石油壓裂支撐劑簡介
? ? ? ?石油支撐劑是一種陶瓷顆粒產品，具有很高的壓裂強度，主要用于油田井下支撐，以增加石油天然氣的產量，屬**產品。此產品利用優質BAUXITE、煤等多種原材料，陶瓷燒結而成，是天然石英砂、玻璃球、金屬球等中低強度支撐劑的替代品，對增產石油天然氣有良好效果。
? ? ? ?目前常用的支撐劑主要有石英砂、鋁釩土陶粒砂及樹脂包覆的復合顆粒等。由于石英砂成本低，同時密度較低易于泵送，被大量使用，但石英砂強底低、球度差，降低裂縫導流能力，不適用于閉合壓力高的深井。樹脂包覆石英砂的復合顆粒，球度有**，耐腐蝕性比較強，導流能力也較好，但產品保持期短，造價過高，在成本至上的**推廣不易，而采用鋁釩土陶粒工藝的陶粒支撐劑，密度高，球度好，耐腐蝕，耐高溫，耐高壓，同時成本可以得到較好的控制，因此越來越廣泛的被油氣田所采用。實踐證明，使用陶粒石油支撐劑壓裂的油井可提高產量30-50%，還能延長油氣井服務年限，是石油、天然氣低滲透油氣井開采、施工的關鍵材料，不但能增加油氣產量，而且更能延長油氣井服務年限。
? ? ? ?石油支撐劑又叫石油壓裂支撐劑。在石油天然氣深井開采時，高閉合壓力低滲透性礦床經壓裂處理后，使含油氣巖層裂開，油氣從裂縫形成的通道中匯集而出，此時需要流體注入巖石基層，以超過地層破裂強度的壓力，使井筒周圍巖層產生裂縫，形成一個具有高層流能力的通道，為保持壓裂后形成的裂縫開啟，油氣產物能順暢通過。
石油支撐劑的性能
? ? ? ?1、支撐劑要有足夠的抗壓強度和抗磨損的能力，能耐受注入時的強大壓力和摩擦力，并有效地支撐人工裂縫。
? ? ? ?2、支撐劑顆粒相對密度要低，便于泵入井下。
? ? ? ?3、支撐劑顆粒徑要符合不同油井的設計要求，一般為0.4~0.8mm，圓度和球度大于0.9，而且顆粒均勻，表面光滑，其濁度值應小于100度，以獲得盡可能高的導流能力。
? ? ? ?4、支撐劑顆粒在溫度為200攝氏度的條件下，與壓裂液及儲層流體不發生化學作用，酸溶解度較大允許值應小于7%。
