? ? 覆膜砂主要采用優質精選天然石英砂為原砂，熱塑性酚醛樹脂，烏洛托品及增強劑為原料。根據用戶的不同技術需求，在固化速度、脫膜性、流動性、潰散性、鑄件表面光潔度、儲存等方面適當調整配比。是汽車、拖拉機、液壓件等 佳造型材料之一。

? ? ?1、振動清砂、高強度、低發氣、低膨脹；

覆膜砂生產工藝
?
? ? 覆膜砂有冷法和熱發兩種覆膜工藝：
?
? ? 冷法用乙醇將樹脂溶解，并在混砂過程中加入烏洛托品，使二者包覆在砂粒表面，乙醇揮發，得覆膜砂；熱法把砂預熱到一定溫度，加樹脂使其熔融，攪拌使樹脂包覆在砂粒表面，加烏洛托品水溶液及潤滑劑，冷卻、破碎、篩分得覆膜砂。?用于鑄鋼件、鑄鐵件。加原砂-加混砂-加材料-卸砂-冷卻-儲存。

? ? ?1、將原砂經過量斗爬式加料機將250Kg原砂加入滾動的加熱爐內。

? ? ?2、加熱爐正轉時砂子不會跑出來，在爐筒內加熱到158左右時，起動混砂機，將砂子卸入混砂機盆腔內。
?
? ? ?3、砂子在混砂機盆腔內加樹脂充分混合均勻至30秒，加烏洛托品水溶液，混至砂子將松散時，再加硬脂酸鈣再混45秒鐘后卸砂。
?
? ? ?4、卸下的砂子流入混砂機下方的振動冷卻篩里充分冷卻完畢后蓄存備用。

覆膜砂用途

? ? ?1、普通類覆膜砂；由石英砂、熱塑性酚醛樹脂、烏洛托品和硬脂酸鈣組成，不加有關添加劑，適用于生產一般鑄鐵件。???

? ? ?2、高強度低發氣類覆膜砂；是普通覆膜砂的更新換代產品，通過加入有關添加劑和采用新工藝配制而成，其強度比普通覆膜砂高30以上，發氣量也明顯降低，適用于生產復雜精密鑄鐵件。???

? ? ?3、高溫類覆膜砂；在高溫下具有強度高、耐熱時間長的特性，適用于生產汽車發動機缸體、缸蓋、集裝箱角等復雜薄壁鑄鐵件。???

? ? ?4、易潰散類覆膜砂；具有較好的強度，同時具有**的低溫潰散性能，適用于生產有色金屬鑄件。???
