      ? ? ? 碳化硅是用石英砂、石油焦、木屑為原料通過電阻爐高溫冶煉而成。碳化硅是在大自然存在罕見的礦物莫桑石;碳化硅又稱碳硅石。在當代C、N、B等非氧化物高技術耐火原料中,碳化硅為應用**廣泛、**經濟的一種,可以稱為金鋼砂或耐火砂。碳化硅是用石英砂、石油焦、木屑等原料在電阻爐內經高溫冶煉而成。目前我國工業生產的碳化硅分為黑色碳化硅和綠色碳化硅兩種,均為六方晶體,比重為3.203.25,顯微硬度為28403320kg/mm2。
