金剛砂產品簡介

? ? 白剛玉是以鋁氧化粉為原料，白剛玉經電熔提煉結晶而成，純度高、自銳性好、耐酸堿腐蝕、耐高溫、熱態性能穩定。

? ? 白剛玉硬度略高于棕剛玉，韌性稍低，純度高、自銳性好、磨削能力強、發熱量小、效率高、耐酸堿腐蝕、耐高溫熱穩定性好。用白剛玉粒度砂制成磨具，適用于磨削高碳鋼、高速鋼及不銹鋼等細粒度磨料，白剛玉還可以用于精密鑄造和高級耐火材料。

? ? 2、棕剛玉

? ? 棕剛玉是以鋁礬土、無煙煤和鐵屑為原料，在電弧爐內經高溫冶煉而成。在冶煉過程中，無煙煤中的碳將礬土中的氧化硅、氧化鐵和氧化鈦等雜質還原成金屬，為些金屬結合在一起成為鐵合金，由于其比重較剛玉熔液大而沉降至爐底與剛玉熔液分離。僅有少量的雜質夾雜在剛玉熔快中。

? ? 棕剛玉的主要礦物成份為物理剛玉，三方晶系，少量的礦物雜質有：硅酸鈣、鈣斜長石、富鋁紅柱石、鈦化物、玻璃體及少量鐵合金等。棕剛玉的抗破碎能力較強，抗氧化、抗腐蝕，具有良好的化學穩定性，是一種用途廣泛的磨料。適用于磨削抗張強度高的金屬材料，如普通碳素鋼、硬青銅、合金鋼的細磨和精磨，磨加工螺紋和齒輪等。

? ? 黑剛玉磨料是以礬土為主要原料，少加還原劑而后,在電弧爐內經高溫冶煉而成。色澤呈黑色，硬度適中，其韌性較大耐磨棱角鋒利，自銳性強，磨削是發熱量少，且加工面無劃痕，拋光潔度高；比棕剛玉拋光能力提高一倍以上，拋光潔度提高二級以上。
